NYC MegaMart Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NYC MegaMart. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Additional shipping charges may apply for certain locations.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

NYC MegaMart is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier after they have been handed over for delivery. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, additional fees may apply for address corrections or reshipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability and warehouse locations.
